This spacious apartment features a large living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a generously sized open kitchen that opens onto a terrace. The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a single convertible armchair, as well as a television and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. This space overlooks a fully equipped kitchen. You'll also have access to a bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. The property exudes comfort and coziness, making it an ideal place to spend your evenings on the open terrace, enjoying quality time with your family or friends. ## Neighborhood Rue Vavin is a charming street situated in the heart of the 6th arrondissement of Paris, known as the Luxembourg Quarter (Quartier du Luxembourg). This neighborhood is famous for its historical significance, artistic heritage, and vibrant atmosphere. The iconic Parisian park, Jardin du Luxembourg, is a beautiful place to stroll, relax by the fountains, or explore the lush greenery and statues. The apartment is also close to Montparnasse, a historic and artistic district known for its cafes, theaters, and artistic heritage. Just a short distance from Rue Vavin, you'll find Boulevard Saint-Germain, a major thoroughfare known for its shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. The 6th arrondissement is renowned for its café culture. You can enjoy a cup of coffee at one of the many traditional cafes in the area or dine at restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, from French to international. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash. 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) ## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days) Required Documents for Lease Application: 1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall). 2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure). 3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as: * Tax declarations, or * Recent pay slips, or * Bank account statements. Deposit: A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner. Lease and Inventory Process: * A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted. * A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure. Check-Out Options: * Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out. * Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure. Pet Policy: * Pets are welcome for a monthly fee of €150 per pet (except for properties where pets are not accepted). ## Services Tailoring each visit to our guest’s needs, our mission is to make your stay unique and memorable, and to give you the best possible experience.
