The area is very quiet, no noise, even though we are in the center of the city. It is very cozy. We ask respect for the neighbors and when you go out turn off the lights (we encourage energy saving). Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, including outdoor spaces. Pets are not allowed, and you are not allowed to organize parties or events and bring guests. The room is separated from the others. It is in an isolated part of the apartment. The room is complete with everything: sheets, blankets, towels and hygiene products for the bathroom. There are international plugs.
