✨ My Unique 28 m² Souplex near Gare de Lyon ✨ Welcome to my cozy 28 m² souplex, designed like a little Parisian jewel box. I usually live here, and I love sharing it with travelers to let them experience its unique and warm atmosphere. Layout: Ground floor: A small cozy living room with a custom cupboard that transforms into a dining table. A tiny hallway leads to a Japanese-step staircase. Mezzanine: Solid mezzanine with a one-and-a-half bed and a lovely hanging net attached to the metal beams, perfect for reading or relaxing. Lower level: Two steps down to a guest wardrobe, then a semi-spiral metal staircase leads to the basement. Basement: Fully equipped kitchen with a fixed sofa and comfortable futon (extra sleeping space, suitable for a child or teen). Bathroom: Small but stylish, decorated with Vietri tiles and tiles from my travels. Features a walk-in shower and an intimate atmosphere, with 2 m high ceilings. Highlights: Unique architectural design with cozy and creative spaces Ideal for travelers who enjoy characterful and comfortable stays Many stairs, so better suited for teens or adults Location: 5 minutes from Gare de Lyon 5 minutes from Marché d’Aligre 2 minutes from the Promenade Plantée Perfect for discovering Paris while staying in a charming and original space.
