Barrier-free entrance to the house from the street and from the garage and barrier-free access to the apartment. Completely new apartment with new furniture and appliances, which has only had one tenant through another platform so far. There is currently a construction site near the apartment - the last stage of Zwirn, therefore the apartment has a preferential rent price. Currently in winter with closed aluminum windows you will not hear construction noise at all (only when the window is opened).
