The bathroom and toilet are separate. The apartment is located on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator) of a new building in Vienna’s 5th district, Margareten. All three rooms face east; each room has a single bed, a large wardrobe made of solid pine, a desk, and a chair. Wi-Fi is available. The laundry room is located on the 2nd basement level and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. There is a quiet, green courtyard garden. Parking is available on the street in front of the building. Private parking in the basement with an elevator is available for an additional fee. Super central location: SAE Institute Vienna on Linke Wienzeile is a few minutes’ walk away. The U4 Pilgramgasse station is a 3-minute walk away, and the 12A and 14A bus stops are right in front of (hidden website). The 14A bus goes to Mariahilferstraße, the Matzleinsdorfer Platz S-Bahn station, and the U1 Reumannplatz station. It takes a total of 12 minutes to get from home to Greenpeace Austria (5 stops on the 14A). TU Vienna is only 5 minutes away on the U4 (the second U4 stop, Karlsplatz). The University of Vienna is 15 minutes away (one transfer on the U2). The famous Naschmarkt is one stop away on the U4 at Kettenbrückengasse. The shopping street Reinprechtsdorferstraße is right in front of the building. Supermarkets: Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Tchibo, Ströck Bakery, restaurants, banks, coffeehouses, etc. Non-smokers are preferred; no pets, due to allergies.
