The accommodation is located on the 1st floor (no elevator!) and is ideal for families, couples, friends or business travelers who appreciate comfort, flexibility and an excellent location. The apartment offers 2 separate rooms + a bathroom + a WC + a kitchen. In the first room you will find: - a nice double bed - a bunk bed - a TV with Netflix app (you can log in here with your own Netflix account) - a wardrobe system In the second room you will find: - a nice double bed - a TV with Netflix app (you can log in here with your own Netflix account) - a cozy dining area The kitchen is accessible from both rooms. In the modern kitchen you have 2 stove burners, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher at your disposal. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a sink. Hand and bath towels as well as liquid soap, shower gel and a hair dryer are gladly provided for you. The WC is located separately from the bathroom in a small room near the entrance area. THE LOCATION The location could hardly be better: In just a few minutes you can walk to the subway, tram and bus. This gets you quickly to the sights of Vienna's city center – from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg to the State Opera. Schönbrunn Palace with its magnificent gardens and the zoo is also very close by, as is the famous Naschmarkt and numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is also ideal for business guests: You can comfortably reach the Vienna International Center (UNO-City) as well as the Austria Center Vienna by subway in about 25 minutes. Major concerts at the Stadthalle can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. ACCESS The apartment can be entered via self check-in. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive an access code that allows you to check in completely independently and without any hassle. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. A shared washing machine is available in a separate laundry room in the building. Access is via a door code; use is subject to a fee. During the summer months, a rotating standing fan is available in each bedroom.
