THE ACCOMMODATION In this charming 40 m² apartment in the 12th district, a modern home away from home awaits you with space for up to 4 people. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is ideal for families, couples, friends or business travelers who value comfort, flexibility and an excellent location. The apartment offers 2 rooms + bathroom. In the first room you will find: - a spacious double bed (width 160 cm) - a dining area with a table and 4 chairs - a wardrobe with plenty of storage space - a fully equipped kitchen In the second room you will find: - a double bed (width 140 cm) - a TV with Netflix app (you can easily log in with your personal Netflix details) In the modern kitchen, you have 2 hobs, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher at your disposal. The kitchen has a complete set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in glass shower, a toilet and a sink. Hand and bath towels as well as liquid soap, shower gel and a hair dryer will gladly be provided for you. THE LOCATION The location could hardly be better: in just a few minutes on foot you can reach the subway, tram and bus. This way you can quickly get to the sights of Vienna's city center – from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg to the State Opera. Schönbrunn Palace with its magnificent gardens and the zoo is also very close by, as is the famous Naschmarkt and numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is also ideal for business guests: you can comfortably reach the Vienna International Center (UNO City) as well as the Austria Center Vienna by subway in about 25 minutes. Major concerts at the Stadthalle can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. ACCESS The apartment can be entered via self check-in. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive an access code that allows you to check in independently and without any hassle. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION A shared washing machine is available in a separate laundry room in the building. Access is via a door code; use is subject to a fee. During the summer months, a rotating standing fan is available in each bedroom.
