It includes air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, and everything needed to move in and feel at home immediately. The sleeping area is cleverly integrated on a raised platform, creating a cosy and separate sleeping space while keeping the main living area open and spacious. Built-in storage stairs provide additional practical storage. One of the apartment’s greatest highlights is its private balcony high above the city. With plants, comfortable seating and panoramic views over Vienna and the surrounding hills, it is a wonderful place for morning coffee, an evening drink or simply watching the sunset.
