The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is ideal for families, couples, friends or business travelers who value comfort, flexibility and an excellent location. The apartment offers 3 rooms + a bathroom. In the first room you will find: - the entrance area - a new, fully equipped kitchen - a dining area with table and chairs In the second room you will find: - a lovely double bed - a cozy couch - a TV with Netflix app (you can log in here with your own Netflix account) In the third room you will find: - a lovely double bed - a wardrobe with plenty of storage space In the modern kitchen you will find 2 stove burners, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in glass shower, a toilet and a sink. Hand and bath towels as well as liquid soap, shower gel and a hairdryer are gladly provided for you. THE LOCATION The location could hardly be better: within a few minutes on foot you can reach the subway, tram and bus. This gets you quickly to the sights of Vienna's city center – from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg to the State Opera. Schönbrunn Palace with its magnificent gardens and the zoo is also very close by, as is the famous Naschmarkt and numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is also ideal for business guests: the Vienna International Center (UNO-City) as well as the Austria Center Vienna can be conveniently reached by subway in about 25 minutes. Major concerts at the Stadthalle can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. ACCESS The apartment can be entered via self check-in. Shortly before your arrival you will receive an access code, with which you can check in completely independently and without any trouble. FURTHER INFORMATION A shared washing machine is available in the building in a separate laundry room. Access is via a door code; use is subject to a fee. During the summer months, a rotating standing fan is available in each bedroom.
