The apartment offers 3 rooms + 1 bathroom. The first room contains: - the entrance area - a new, fully equipped kitchen - a dining area with table and chairs The second room contains: - a beautiful double bed - a corner couch that can be converted into a cozy sleeping spot if needed - a TV with Netflix app (you can log in with your own Netflix account here) The third room contains: - a beautiful double bed - a wardrobe with plenty of storage space In the modern kitchen you have 2 stove burners, an oven, a refrigerator and a dishwasher at your disposal. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. In addition, there is a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. In the bathroom you will find a walk-in glass shower, a toilet and a sink. Hand and bath towels as well as liquid soap, shower gel and a hair dryer are gladly provided for you. THE LOCATION The location could hardly be better: within a few minutes' walk you can reach the subway, tram and bus. This gets you quickly to the sights of Vienna's inner city – from St. Stephen's Cathedral and the Hofburg to the State Opera. Schönbrunn Palace with its magnificent gardens and the zoo is also very close by, as is the famous Naschmarkt and numerous cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is also ideal for business guests: the Vienna International Center (UNO-City) as well as the Austria Center Vienna can be conveniently reached by subway in about 25 minutes. Large concerts at the Stadthalle can be reached by public transport in 20 minutes. ACCESS The apartment can be entered via self check-in. Shortly before your arrival you will receive an access code with which you can check in independently and without any problems. FURTHER INFORMATION A shared washing machine is available in the building in a separate laundry room. Access is via a door code; use is subject to a fee. During the summer months, a rotating standing fan is available in each bedroom.
