Account types: private, business and agency

At registration (or later in your Profile) you pick the account type:

• Private user — the standard account for travelling and hosting.
• Business user — companies and sole traders; company details (name, registration number, VAT number, address) are kept with the account for invoicing purposes.
• Real-estate agency — treated exactly like a business account, with the same company details, plus the right to charge an agency commission on monthly rentals (see the Agencies category).

Business and agency accounts must also enter the owner's first and last name in the Profile. Identity verification is performed against that natural person, not against the company name. After verification the owner name can no longer be changed.
