For the safety of the whole community, identity verification is required before booking a stay and before withdrawing money. Start it under Profile → Verification: follow the steps in the secure flow (document + check); your verification status is shown on your profile immediately.

Verified users get a ✔ badge next to their name. Data is processed solely for the purpose of identity verification.
