Instant booking and booking requests

For each listing you choose the booking mode:

• Instant — the guest books and pays immediately, no approval needed. You can add extra requirements (e.g. only verified guests or guests with good reviews).
• Request — the guest pays, and you have 24 hours to accept or decline (one click, right from the Bookings list). If you don't respond, the request expires and the guest is fully refunded.

Alongside booking rules you also control: advance notice (how many days ahead booking is allowed), the availability window, minimum and maximum stay, and preparation time between reservations.
