Arrival, check-in and the guest guide

A few days before arrival (2 by default) you automatically receive a check-in reminder with the arrival guide — as an inbox message and an e-mail: check-in and checkout times, the address, entry instructions (lockbox, smart lock, keypad or in-person greeting) and the house manual if the host wrote one.

You can add the reservation to your calendar in one click ("Add to calendar" on Trips or on the receipt — works with Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar).

If you need anything, message the host directly through your Inbox — all communication stays recorded with the reservation.
