Import a listing from Airbnb or Flatio

If your place is already advertised somewhere else, you do not have to type it all in again. Open Listings → Import a listing, paste the address of the existing advert, and Nordora reads it and fills the wizard in for you.

What you can import from

• Airbnb — any of its country sites (airbnb.com, airbnb.co.uk, airbnb.hr, airbnb.de, airbnb.cz, airbnb.fr and the rest);
• Flatio — long-term rental adverts (flatio.com).

Paste the full address of the advert page, exactly as it appears in your browser's address bar.

What comes across

Nearly everything the advert actually contains:

• the title and the full description, split into the sections Nordora uses (about the place, the space, guest access, notes);
• photos — downloaded at full resolution and attached to your listing, not merely linked to the other site;
• capacity: guests, bedrooms, beds and bathrooms;
• amenities, matched to Nordora's own list (wifi, kitchen, parking, air conditioning and so on);
• the property type and the room type (entire place, private room, shared room);
• the location — city, country and position on the map;
• the price, where the advert publishes one.

The review step — nothing is published behind your back

An import never goes straight onto the platform. It lands on a review screen that shows you, field by field, what was read and what was not. Two things are marked plainly:

• Missing — the advert simply does not publish it. The commonest one is the price: Airbnb puts no number on the page for anyone who is not a logged-in visitor, so you will usually have to type the price in yourself. That is not a fault in the import; the number is not there to be read.
• Assumed — a sensible default was chosen because the advert was silent. Check these before you confirm.

You cannot confirm the import until every genuinely required field is filled in. When you do confirm, the listing is created Listed and with Instant Booking switched on, ready to take bookings — subject to administrator approval if the platform requires it.

Everything is editable afterwards, exactly like a listing you typed in yourself. The import is a head start, not a cage.

A word about what you import

Import your own adverts. The text and the photographs of someone else's listing belong to them, and copying them is not made lawful by a button.
