Searching: filters, price range and per-night vs per-month
The search page puts a map on one side and the results on the other. Above them sit the place you are searching, your dates and your guests — and a single Filters button that holds everything else.
Everything in one place
Open Filters and the whole set is in one panel: rental type, price, date flexibility, room type, booking type, size, amenities and property type. Set them all, then press Apply filter once.
The number on the Filters button tells you how many filters are currently on, so you can see at a glance why you are seeing what you are seeing. Reset clears all of them in one click — and deliberately leaves your location, dates and guests alone, because those are the search itself, not a filter on it.
Rental type: per night or per month
Nordora carries both holiday stays and long-term rentals, and the two are priced in completely different units. €1,732 is an extravagant night and an ordinary month's rent. The Rental type filter tells the search which market you are in:
- Any — show both, each judged against its own price range;
- Per night — holiday stays only;
- Per month — long-term rentals only.
The price slider follows your choice: pick Per month and it switches to monthly bounds, and the label beside the heading changes to say so. You are never comparing one night against a month's rent.
Price, in your own currency
The price range is always shown in the currency you are browsing in. The bounds are converted for you, so the numbers on the slider mean what they say. Change your currency and the slider changes with it.
Flexible dates
Under Dates you can widen the search by ±1, ±2 or ±3 days. It is often the difference between "nothing available" and the place you wanted.
Show total price
The Show total price switch above the results turns the figure on each card from a per-night (or per-month) price into the full amount you would pay for your dates, fees included. If you are comparing places, turn it on — it is the only fair comparison.
Save a search
Happy with a search but not ready to book? Save search keeps the whole thing — place, dates, guests and every filter — and can e-mail you when something new matches. Your saved searches live under Saved searches in your account.
