Fees, taxes and tourist tax

The price breakdown before payment always itemises everything:

• Nightly price (with any seasonal and weekend pricing),
• Cleaning fee — one-time, set by the host,
• Extra-guest fee — above the included number of guests,
• Platform service fee — a percentage, non-refundable,
• VAT / accommodation tax — per platform settings,
• Tourist tax — a fixed amount per night or per person per night, depending on the property's country and city,
• Security deposit — returned after the stay.

No hidden costs: the amount in the breakdown is the final charge.
