Payouts — how and when you get your money

Under Payouts → Payout Settings add a payout method: bank account (IBAN), PayPal, Skrill or Neteller. Then on the Payouts page press "Request payout", enter the amount and confirm.

The payout lifecycle:

• the amount is immediately reserved from your wallet and the request becomes Pending;
• when the administrator approves it, the processing date is recorded;
• the booking (value) date — when the funds are visible on your account — is 8 days after processing by default (it can be sooner depending on your bank);
• if the request is rejected, the full amount automatically returns to your wallet.

You get a notification and an e-mail at every step (submitted, approved, rejected). Note: identity verification is required for withdrawals.
