The wallet — refunds and credits

Your wallet on the platform is where all refunds and credits land:

• refunds from cancelled reservations (per the cancellation policy),
• the automatic security-deposit refund,
• price differences from reservation changes,
• credits from the Invite friends programme,
• for agencies: the automatically paid agency commission.

You can spend wallet funds on new bookings or withdraw them to your bank/PayPal/Skrill/Neteller from the Payouts page. Your balance is always shown at the top of the Payouts page.
